A teen leader or role model is someone who leads by example—showing responsibility, respect, and confidence while encouraging others to do their best. They make positive choices, include others, communicate well, and step up when their team or community needs them, all while having fun and staying true to themselves.

Our summer program gives teens access to the best trips Los Angeles has to offer—from exciting attractions to one-of-a-kind experiences they’ll talk about all year. Each outing is carefully planned to be fun, safe, and unforgettable, helping teens build friendships, independence, and lifelong memories beyond the campus.
Future Leaders
Leadership Training
Our leadership training program for teens helps young individuals develop essential skills like communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and decision-making. It often includes activities such as group discussions, role-playing, public speaking, and team projects. These programs aim to build confidence, responsibility, and a growth mindset, preparing teens for leadership roles in school, sports, and future careers.
