Leadership Training 

Our leadership training program for teens helps young individuals develop essential skills like communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and decision-making. It often includes activities such as group discussions, role-playing, public speaking, and team projects. These programs aim to build confidence, responsibility, and a growth mindset, preparing teens for leadership roles in school, sports, and future careers.

Director MJ Teens Division 
Rabbi Eli Broner 

 

Rabbi Eli Broner has been a leader in Jewish education for over two decades, shaping programs that inspire growth, leadership, and a deep connection to Jewish values. He has held key roles in summer camps, including Head of Education and Director, designing programs that empower children and teens to develop confidence, responsibility, and leadership skills.

 

As Dean of 9th Grade at The Jean and Jerry Friedman Shalhevet High School, Rabbi Broner mentors students through their transition to high school, emphasizing character-building and personal development. He previously served as Mashgiach Ruchani and Director of Safety and Security at Harkham Hillel Hebrew Academy, principal at Conejo Jewish Day School, and Youth Director at Beth Jacob Congregation, where he created the acclaimed Parent-Child SPARK Tefilla Program.

 

Rabbi Broner received his Bachelors of Rabbinical Studies from the Rabbinical College of America and ordination from Yeshiva College in Sydney, Australia. He lives in Los Angeles with his wife, Talia, and their five children.
